9. Spiritual Services Policy
By booking a tarot reading or any spiritual service through Manifestye, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.
9.1. Nature of Services
All services provided through Manifestye, including but not limited to tarot readings, intuitive guidance, spiritual consultations, and ritual advisement, are for spiritual, personal insight and entertainment purposes only. These services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.
If you are experiencing mental health distress, emotional instability, or medical concerns, please seek assistance from a licensed healthcare provider or qualified professional.
9.2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your time and my spiritual energy are both valuable. The following refund structure applies to all tarot readings and spiritual services:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made between 24–48 hours after booking will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued after 48 hours under any circumstances.
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for a refund if one is due.
- All missed readings require a $15 rebooking fee.

9.3. Chargebacks & Disputed Payment
Any unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent payment claims will result in:
- An automatic block from all Manifestye platforms, including social media and future booking systems.
- Possible legal action depending on the financial fees and losses incurred through the payment processor as a result of the dispute.
By booking a service, you agree to resolve all billing concerns directly with Manifestye prior to initiating any chargeback or dispute.
9.4. No Guarantees Policy
Spiritual services involve intuitive interpretation and energetic insight. Results are not guaranteed, and outcomes may vary per individual. Manifestye makes no promises regarding specific results, future outcomes, or life changes based on readings provided.
You accept full personal responsibility for any actions or decisions you make based on the guidance received.
9.5. Code of Conduct
Manifestye reserves the right to refuse service to any client who demonstrates:
- Disrespectful communication
- Harassment
- Manipulative behavior
- Attempts to bypass policies or exploit services
9.6. Recording & Distribution
Tarot readings and spiritual sessions may not be recorded, shared, reproduced, or distributed without explicit written permission from Manifestye.
9.7. Age Requirement
All spiritual services are provided to individuals 18 years of age or older only.

By booking a service through Manifestye, you confirm that:
